In short

Lumin Amber goes into one place, the Branch of Breezy Plains. Every 10 you infuse earns a stage for good, and the fifteenth, at 150, lets you move around the region outside combat without spending stamina.

The guides disagree

How many Branch stages raise the stamina cap by 10%?

according to 2 guides
7
according to 1 guide
9

If each raise counts on the base cap, seven would add 70% and nine would add 90%. Nobody says whether they add up or compound. We'll read the cap at each stage in our own game and update this page.

At 150 Lumin Amber, moving around Breezy Plains stops costing stamina. That’s the last of the 15 stages on the Breezy Plains Branch, Wanderer’s Might, and once you reach it, it holds for good whenever you’re out of combat. Every 10 Amber you infuse opens a stage on the way there, and the 14 stages before the last bring a bigger stamina bar, a better catch chance, control over the weather, cheaper stamina, and an egg every Monday.

You don’t have to find every Amber to get there. Breezy Plains holds more than 150, so the hardest ones can wait. What’s less settled is the stamina itself, which is most of what the Branch gives. Guides disagree on how many stages raise the cap, and none of them says whether the bigger cap still works once you leave the region.

One Branch for the Whole Region

The item is called Lumin Amber: Breezy Plains, and it goes into one place only, the Branch of Breezy Plains. That covers more ground than the name suggests, because Breezy Plains isn’t a single zone. It’s the region that holds all 14 zones of the main map, which are The Argent Strait, Nimbus Fields, Forest of Falling Stars, Echoback Landing, Beast Fang Ridge, The Mistwoods, Blitzwood, Tideblossom Coast, Sea of Flowers, Driftwise Meadow, Berylline Vale, Russet Highlands, Zephyrus Landbridge, and Rosetower Woods. An Amber picked up in any of them feeds the same Branch.

The Branch shows up in the game’s official material too. Three of its Steam achievements follow it: “Echo of the Veins” for activating it, “Blessed Flow” for reaching Prismana Radiance, and “Wanderer’s Might” for reaching the last stage. The official Probability Details page also lists a Pathfinder’s Catch Bonus, which it credits to Branches or to Regional Badges.

How Infusing Works

You infuse from the map. Open it, pick Deliver Lumin Amber at the bottom right, and hold down the Infuse Energy button. According to the official update preview of September 21, the Branch screen also opens from the Outpost. The screen is a wheel that shows the stages and how many Amber you’ve put in so far.

The count is cumulative. Each stage depends on the total you’ve infused, not on a fresh batch, and a stage you’ve reached stays reached. So nothing is lost by infusing a few at a time, and there’s nothing to gain by holding Amber back, since the Branch is the only place it goes.

The 15 Stages

One stage opens every 10 Amber, up to 150. Two guides publish the whole table and agree on every row, and two more list the named stages. Most of the steps go to stamina.

Amber Stage What it does
10 Lucky Encounter Catch chance +10% in Breezy Plains
20 Stamina cap +10%
30 Prospering Clusters Daily Nurture limit in Breezy Plains +10
40 Stamina cap +10%
50 Stamina cap +10%
60 Prismana Radiance You can change the weather, and the weather draws Prismana
70 Stamina cap +10%
80 Stamina cap +10%
90 Sparkling Encounter An Aniimo egg appears at the Branches every Monday at 4:00 a.m.
100 Stamina cost −10% in Breezy Plains
110 Stamina cost −10% in Breezy Plains
120 Earthwake Revelation Caves that were hidden appear
130 Stamina cap +10%
140 Stamina cap +10%
150 Wanderer’s Might Moving around Breezy Plains outside combat costs no stamina

A blank in the Stage column means no source names that stage, with one exception. One guide calls the stage at 20 New Vigor, but it’s the only one that does, so we’ve left the cell empty.

How Much Stamina You Get

Sources split on how many stages raise the cap. The two guides with the full table count seven, at 20, 40, 50, 70, 80, 130, and 140. A third says nine, and puts the first of them at 10, where the other two have the catch bonus. Seven raises of 10% would come to +70% if each one counts on the base cap, and nine would come to +90%. Whether they add up or compound, nobody says.

There’s a second gap. The catch bonus, the Nurture limit, the cheaper stamina, and Wanderer’s Might are all described as working in Breezy Plains. The cap is the one effect that no source ties to a place, so we can’t tell you yet whether it follows you out of the region.

The cost side is clearer. The stages at 100 and 110 each take 10% off what stamina costs in Breezy Plains, and Wanderer’s Might at 150 takes the cost away entirely for moving outside combat. One guide spells that out as flying, running, swimming, and climbing, while the others just say moving.

Weather Takes a Badge Too

Prismana Radiance, at 60, lets you change the weather, and the weather is what draws Prismana. But the stage isn’t enough on its own. To change the weather in a zone, you also need that zone’s Silver Collection Badge. Two guides agree that the badge takes 70% of the zone’s creatures collected and a win over the local Alpha. One of them gives 60 Lumin Amber as an alternative, and says in the same place that the requirement isn’t settled.

The Egg, the Caves, and the Materials

Sparkling Encounter, at 90, leaves an Aniimo egg at the Branches every Monday at 4:00 a.m. Nobody has said what’s inside it. Earthwake Revelation, at 120, opens caves that were hidden until then, and one guide ties them to Geoclaw.

The stages also hand out materials, and Capaseeds are among them. Twenty Capaseeds trade for one Capafruit at the Outpost Vendor, and our page on Potential explains what Capafruit does. How many Capaseeds each stage gives is something we still have to count, so we’ve left the quantities out.

Where to Find Lumin Amber

You’ll find Amber out in the open world, on the ground or floating in the air, often with a wild Aniimo standing guard. You beat or catch the guard, then pick the Amber up. Two kinds of puzzle give one Amber each. A Lumin Collection asks you to gather all the Lumin energy nearby before time runs out, and a Lumin Marking asks you to line up symbols on distant stones or walls by looking at them from the right spot.

Blessed Aniimo hide theirs in plain sight. They’re wild Aniimo carrying an Amber, and apart from a glow they look like any other member of their species. Catch one and it drops the Amber on the ground.

The rest come from progress. First wins in Sanctums and against Alphas and Omegas give Amber, and so do missions and events. One guide counts 13 from Sanctums, 17 from Alphas, and 6 from Omegas, all on the first win only. Another notes that some Amber shows up only at night or only after you’ve finished a Sanctum, with examples at Echoback Landing, Forest of Falling Stars, and Beast Fang Ridge.

How Many There Are

Nobody has an official total, but the counts we use all come out above the 150 the Branch asks for. One guide counts 180 in Breezy Plains, underground ones included. Another guide’s map of the 14 zones marks 133 spots, counting loose Amber, Lumin Collections, and Lumin Markings together, and says the map is still being updated. Add the 36 from first wins and that comes to 169, though the 36 rests on a single guide. Neither total is final, and both clear 150.

Keeping Count

The wheel on the Branch screen tells you how many Amber you’ve infused. Whether the game also shows which ones you’ve missed in a zone is another matter, and none of the sources we read on October 3 describes such a list. One guide has “100% Exploration” pages zone by zone, which suggests the game keeps an exploration percentage, but we haven’t seen it ourselves.

Whisperwake Isles

Whisperwake Isles is an isolated island with sea creatures and the Prismana Glameep, and one guide’s map places it in Breezy Plains. The same guide’s item list keeps a Whisperwake Isles Dewdrop Crystal apart from the Breezy Plains one, so the island has at least one item of its own. Whether it has a Lumin Amber and a Branch of its own, no source we use says, and we’ll go and look.

What the Official Notes Say

As of October 3, 2026, the official word on the Branch is thin. Since launch, the only announcement that touches it is the September 21 preview about opening it from the Outpost. The patch notes of September 29 (1.0.3616231.0) and September 30 (1.0.3629693.0, the latest build), and the first Dev Dispatch on October 1, don’t mention the Branch, Lumin Amber, or stamina. We read all three in full, and none of them gives a reason to think the table above has changed.

What We Haven’t Tested Yet

Seven questions need someone in the game rather than another source. We’ll count the stages that raise the stamina cap and see whether the bigger cap works outside Breezy Plains, write down the materials each stage gives, Capaseeds included, and find out what the Monday egg holds. We’ll also pin down what the Silver Collection Badge takes, look for an Amber and a Branch on Whisperwake Isles, see whether the game lists the Amber you’ve missed in a zone, and keep a running count of how many there are in all.

Until then, the number to aim for is the one four guides agree on, 150 Amber for Wanderer’s Might.
